What counts as an official update
Only notices from an authority registered as official, and hosted on that authority's own website, are listed. News reports, social media posts and coaching websites are never listed as official updates.
Summaries are written by an editor from the notice itself, and are absent until then. Older notices stay listed unchanged when a later notice amends them, and corrections to an entry are kept as its history. See the source registry.
