How sources are recorded
Official source is shown only when the publishing authority is registered as official and the document is hosted on that authority's own website. Other documents can be registered for reference, but never back an official update.
Retrieved is when the document was downloaded; last checked is when the link was last opened to confirm it is still published. A superseded document stays in the registry, with a link to what replaced it.
